"A Personal Touch", Inc has been in business since 1992. I hold an Associates degree in Accounting. I have been in the Mortgage Industry for most of my working career beginning with 14 years working for the USDA, FmHA (now RD) and 10 years of my self employment included Mortgage Loan Officer until 2010. As well I assist clients with Purchase Agreements and Land Contracts. I am very familiar with Mortgage Loan Documents of all kinds from application to closing table. I live in a small township in Michigan with a population of roughly 1200 and am Township Clerk for our Township (Since 1998). I also, through my self employment, provide bookkeeping/payroll services for a variety of small business' as well as a small local municipality of roughly 2500 people (since 2002). I work closely with the Police Department and Council members of that community. Our area is a very Rural, Small Communities, Farming area.
I have an Administrative Assistant for any overloads, however, I complete all of my Notary/Signing Agent Assignments myself .
We work with both Quicken and Quick Books Pro, Word and Excel as well as Corel Word and Payroll Mate in completeing our bookkeeping and administrative/clerical services to our many clients.
We provide tax services and efiling for over 250 clients per year of which 95% are repeat customers.
